In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado. Colorado Hiring Range: This position is an Exempt role with a compensation of $65,000-$110,000 annual salary. The pay will vary depending on your location, skills, and experience. In addition to your base compensation, you will have the opportunity to earn up to an additional 8-10% of your annual salary based on the performance of your individual goals and the goals of the firm.

Essential Job Functions:
- Manage a book of self-funded and fully insured business with a proactive client service approach, ensuring all deadlines and service standards are met
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, producers, and service teams; respond to questions regarding policies and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners
- Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, payments, and related documentation
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, tools, and resources to effectively advise and support clients
- Coordinate firm resources (Claims, Legal, Safety, Marketing, Technology, etc.) to deliver on client needs and purchased services
- Assist with marketing, placement, and renewal of new and existing business in accordance with established workflows
- Support client lifecycle projects, including preparing materials for recurring client meetings
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall client experience
- Travel to client sites, carrier meetings, and regional offices as needed; perform other duties as assigned
Credentials:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Two or four-year degree preferred.
- Experience in managing a book of Employee Benefits accounts required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions.
- Prior customer service experience required.
- One year of experience with agency management system or CRM preferred, preferably EPIC.
- L&H license required
