Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation, tracking daily inventory, and supporting general warehouse operations. This position requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials.
  • Complete and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and scale tickets.
  • Maintain daily inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with inventory counts and material handling as required.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
    • Forklift operating experience required.
    • Experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and scale tickets.
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
