Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicatedLicensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping diverse populations, including adolescents, families, military personnel, veterans, and individuals experiencing trauma.

This role includesclinical supervision toward independent licensure and the opportunity to grow within a supportive private practice setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and/or adolescent therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes (SimplePractice + AI supported)
• Maintain ethical and legal standards consistent with NM social work licensure
• Collaborate with other clinicians and leadership for case consultation and support
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, or supervision as required
• Maintain a consistent schedule and uphold high professional standards

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)from an accredited program
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)in New Mexico (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Strong interest or experience in: trauma, military families, teens, or family systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Comfortable working independently with supervision

Pay: $45.26 - $55.26 per hour
