Responsibilities

• To maintain a clean and welcoming environment, perform light housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming, laundry, dusting, and dishwashing.
• Grocery shop and prepare meals tailored to clients' preferences and dietary needs, ensuring they enjoy nutritious and delightful food.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding, while fostering dignity and independence.
• Provide medication reminders and essential health support.
• Schedule medical appointments and offer transportation as needed, ensuring clients never miss a crucial visit.
• Share companionship through engaging in conversation and activities that promote joy and connection.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, clients' health statuses and hours worked to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a personal care aide or in a similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs
• Great attention to detail and ability to read and write
• pass a background and drug test
