As a Registered Nurse Supervisor ( RN ), you will:
Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
Monitor documentation accuracy and completion
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed

Registered Nurse Supervisor ( RN ) Qualifications:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with:
Active RN License in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
