Service Concierge - Audi Forsyth County

Role Overview

This role is critical in creating a first and lasting impression for every client, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional environment aligned with Audi’s luxury standards.

As a key member of the service team, the Service Concierge plays an important role in maintaining operational flow, vehicle care, and overall presentation, while contributing to a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Service Drive Support
• Greet clients promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming and organized service arrival experience
• Escort clients to the appropriate team member to ensure a smooth and efficient handoff
• Maintain awareness of client status and notify service advisors of waiting clients and priority needs
• Assist clients with personal belongings or vehicle transfers as needed
• Safely park, retrieve, and stage client vehicles with attention to detail and care
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies regarding vehicle handling and protection
• Inspect vehicles upon movement and immediately report any damage or concerns
• Install and manage license plates and vehicle identification as required
• Keep the service drive organized, clear, andoperatingefficiently at all times
• Support workflow by ensuring vehicles are properly staged and accessible for service operations
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and surrounding areas, reflecting Audi’s standards of presentation
• Assistwith general dealership organization and support tasks as needed
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and leadership to support a seamless client experience
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, accountable work environment
• Represent the Audi brand through professional appearance, communication, and attention to detail

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the day
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and navigate dealership premises
