Pippin Brothers is looking for a Service Manager to lead our service team, support daily operations, develop technicians, and help drive department performance. This is a leadership role for someone who can motivate people, manage workflow, and create a strong culture of accountability and customer service.

Plumbing or HVAC experience is not required. Leadership experience in operations, service, or another fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop service technicians
• Work with dispatch to keep jobs assigned efficiently
• Set expectations and hold team members accountable
  
• Support customer satisfaction and service quality
• Help improve workflow, communication, and team performance

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operations, service, or similar environment preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage people, priorities, and performance
  
• Customer-focused and results-driven
  
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer use
