Functional Medicine Practitioner — Part-Time to Full-Time
Position Summary
We're seeking a Functional Medicine Practitioner to deliver personalized, root-cause-focused care to our members. You'll assess clients, develop individualized wellness protocols, and partner with our team to integrate nutrition, lifestyle, and advanced wellness modalities. This role can range from part-time to full-time.
Qualifications
- Functional medicine experience required
- Active license/certification appropriate to scope of practice (e.g., MD, DO, NP, PA, ND, or relevant practitioner credential)
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
