What You’ll Be Doing

As a Rental Agent, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their car rental needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Building positive relationships with clients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Promoting and recommending rental options and services to meet customer needs.
• Managing rental agreements, handling transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintaining prompt and professional communication with customers and team members.
• Utilizing computer systems to manage reservations and process rental details efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a motivated individual who brings a positive attitude and the following qualifications to the role:

• Customer service experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Sales enthusiast: You enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for promoting products or services.
• Computer literacy: Comfortable using computer systems to manage reservations and transactions.
• Promptness: Punctuality and reliability are a must for this role.
