A boutique law firm in Midtown, specializing in community association assessment collections, is seeking an experienced Phone Collector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong collections background who can balance compliance with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls on community association accounts
• Provide professional, courteous customer service while resolving account balances
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and account activity
• Ensure full compliance with FDCPA and Firm policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of collections experience (law firm or agency experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
