The Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations for Electronic Caregiver, Inc., a privately held medical technology and services company with approximately 185 employees. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will lead a team of 12–15 professionals and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
This role is critical to ECG’s continued growth and scale, including preparation for a potential initial public offering within the next 18–24 months. The Controller will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, audit readiness, financial systems, and policies to support a public-company-ready finance organization.
