Qualifications needed:

  • US Citizenship is required.

  • Remote work is not available for this position.

· Required: Degree in engineering or related field.

  • Bonus: Advanced degree in engineering or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Must have engineering or manufacturing/support experience, or combination of both, along with a relevant educational background.
  • Experience with manufacturing Bills of Material and Configuration Management; ability to read schematics and part drawings is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing and production processes including circuit card assembly and board level components a plus.

What you’ll do as the Engineer MTS:

      • Develop project plans for new process implementations, outlining the resources and schedule for the project
      • Conduct brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaborating and cohesion
      • Map out training plans and schedules, design and develop training programs for processes
      • Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
      • Manage customer approval processes
      • Update, Oversee and train others in the Configuration Management processes
      • Learn Customer CM process to enable effective BOM management between the buy/sell relationship
      • Facilitate Configuration Management audits
      • Review and approve all changes to the CMS infrastructure where applicable
      • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, and sub-contractors
      • Lead meetings and communications on quality improvement efforts.
      • Support internal and external audit activities where needed
