Qualifications needed:
- US Citizenship is required.

· Required: Degree in engineering or related field.
- Bonus: Advanced degree in engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
- Must have engineering or manufacturing/support experience, or combination of both, along with a relevant educational background.
- Experience with manufacturing Bills of Material and Configuration Management; ability to read schematics and part drawings is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing and production processes including circuit card assembly and board level components a plus.

What you’ll do as the Engineer MTS:
- Develop project plans for new process implementations, outlining the resources and schedule for the project
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaborating and cohesion
- Map out training plans and schedules, design and develop training programs for processes
- Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Manage customer approval processes
- Update, Oversee and train others in the Configuration Management processes
- Learn Customer CM process to enable effective BOM management between the buy/sell relationship
- Facilitate Configuration Management audits
- Review and approve all changes to the CMS infrastructure where applicable
- Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, and sub-contractors
- Lead meetings and communications on quality improvement efforts.
- Support internal and external audit activities where needed
