Living Gracefully is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant in Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa, AZ to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. Contractor 1099 position. PRN.
Responsibilities
- Treating patients in 1-hour long timeslots
- Documenting progress and next steps for following the POC
- Following PT's treatment plan within the PTA scope of practice
- Demonstrating a high level of communication skills with colleagues
Qualifications
- AZ state license as a physical therapy assistant
