What You'll Do'05; Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory requirements.
'05; Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident responses.
'05; Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions to the RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and healthcare providers.
'05; Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
'05; Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
'05; Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, therapists, and physicians to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
'05; Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members.
'05; Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and standards.
QualificationsEducation- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Passion for providing outstanding resident care.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
