We’re looking for an HVAC Install Lead who takes pride in doing things right the first time, mentors installers, and sets the standard on every job. RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3-5 Years of Residential HVAC Install experience required
- Service Titan experience strongly preferred
- Able to independently install and replace residential HVAC systems (from basic heating & cooling system to full home automated systems)
- Advanced understanding of HVAC System design and Installation Techniques
- Knowledge of advanced electrical and refrigeration principles
- Able to install garage unit heaters, steam humidifiers, zoning systems, ERV & HRV Systems, exhaust fans and set up gas pressure on gas furnaces
- Ability to mentor junior technicians
- Strong customer service skills required
- Because you will be driving our trucks, we need you to have and maintain a clean driving record
