JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and hardworking Operator to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, including but not limited to those listed below.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Buff parts of various shapes, sizes, and metals according to specifications
- Coat metal or plastic parts to protect, build up, or decorate surfaces per specifications
- Polish and sand parts of various shapes, sizes, and metals according to instructions
- Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure original characteristics, dimensions, and quality requirements are maintained
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
