About the Role:

Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support patient

rehabilitation across our orthopedic clinics. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing

individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a collaborative,

patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments

%CF; Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

%CF; Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation programs

%CF; Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs

%CF; Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely

%CF; Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care

%CF; Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress

Qualifications

%CF; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

%CF; Current state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure

%CF; Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine preferred

%CF; Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills
