Store Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. This will be a new store in the Beverage Depot chain. Start date is estimated to be at the end of August.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Hours will be 5 days a week from 9:45 AM to approximately 9:15 PM

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Be over 21
• Not have any felonies on record
• Be able to get TABC Seller/Server certification within 14 says of hiring
