Trimera Health is a growing, physician-owned outpatient psychiatry practice located in Pearland, Texas and was founded in 2009 by Dr. Rebecca Maxwell. We are committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based mental health care in a collaborative, supportive environment.
We offer comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services including medication management, Spravato®, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), ADHD evaluations, and more!
At Trimera Health, our providers spend their day caring for patients—not completing administrative tasks. Our in-house experienced support team manages virtually everything outside of the patient visit, allowing you to focus on practicing exceptional psychiatry while maintaining an outstanding work-life balance. We currently have five providers and need to expand due to patient demand.

Position Overview
We're seeking a compassionate psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner who enjoys practicing outpatient psychiatry in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
This Provider will benefit from an established referral stream and gradually expand their schedules as their patient panels grow. The majority of appointments are conducted via telehealth, with a combination of in-person visits as clinically appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide ongoing medication management for established patients
- Incorporate supportive psychotherapy when clinically appropriate
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and administrative staff
- Participate in the care of patients receiving Spravato® and TMS services (training available)
- Provide care through both telehealth and in-person appointments
Qualifications
Physicians
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
- PMHNP certification
- Active Texas APRN license
- DEA registration
