Senior Vice President, Global Head of HR

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Head of HR to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $200,000 to $300,000 per year.

• Develop and execute human resources strategies that align with overall business objectives across regions.

• Partner with executive leadership to support organizational planning talent strategy and workforce initiatives.

• Lead and mentor human resources leaders while fostering collaboration and strong team performance.

• Oversee employee relations matters by providing guidance on complex situations and risk management.

• Drive process improvements by building scalable programs systems and policies that support growth.

• 15+ years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles.

• Demonstrate expertise in organizational design talent management and change initiatives.

• Possess strong experience working with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.

• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices across multiple regions.

• Use human resources systems and data tools effectively to support reporting and analysis.

• Build and strengthen high performing teams while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.

• Apply strategic thinking to translate business goals into practical human resources initiatives.

• Analyze workforce data to guide planning decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

• Communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Bring advanced education certification or experience in global environments considered beneficial.
