What You'll Be Doing:
'05; Handle inbound calls from policyholders, members, and provider offices
'05; Assist with questions regarding coverage, benefits, billing, payments, and claims
'05; Accurately update customer records and document interactions in company systems
'05; Conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed to resolve issues and service requests
'05; Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
'05; Work with members from a variety of professional organizations and associations

What We're Looking For:
