You'll troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, identify repair needs, and recommend practical solutions that help customers keep their systems operating safely and efficiently.You'll complete accurate service documentation, communicate clearly with homeowners regarding your findings and recommendations, maintain a professional appearance, and work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure an efficient schedule and exceptional customer experience.
