Firefly Outpatient LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, client-centered care through individual, group, and family therapy, while supporting clients through all phases of treatment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, strong care coordination, and a positive therapeutic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for assigned clients
  • Facilitate active involvement of families and external providers (with proper consent)
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR (same-day entries required)
  • Coordinate comprehensive care, including medical, psychiatric, vocational, and social services
  • Monitor client attendance and engagement in programming
  • Address behavioral concerns and document interventions promptly
  • Approve and manage client and visitor pass requests
  • Respond to client, family, and referral partner concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and document discharge plans, including community resource referrals
  • Participate in crisis intervention and emergency response as needed
  • Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding client updates and concerns
  • Provide leadership, collaboration, and support to the clinical team
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, customer service, and therapeutic rapport


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Active therapy license to practice in Oklahoma (required) (i.e. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • TB screening and health clearance
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
