Operating Room Surgical Technologist (CST) - Ortho Experience Required
$57/hr Blended Rate - Day Shift
Lake Regional Hospital | Osage Beach, Missouri (Lake of the Ozarks)
We are currently hiring an experienced Surgical Technologists to support the Operating Room team at Lake Regional Hospital. This assignment requires strong orthopedic experience, including total joints, trauma, and robotics. Interviews are happening now, and start dates are determined by the facility after candidate selection.
COMPENSATION
$25.85 per hour base pay
$1,246 weekly stipend for qualified travelers
Up to $57 per hour blended equivalent based on a 40-hour work week
CONTRACT DETAILS
13-week contract
Day shift
4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (4x10s)
On-call requirement: 1 shift per week
Weekend requirement: 1 weekend shift per month
Potential contract extensions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scrub and assist during surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environment
Support surgeons during orthopedic, trauma, and robotic procedures
Ensure proper handling of instruments and supplies
Follow safety and infection control standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years recent Operating Room experience
Must be proficient in Orthopedics
Experience required in:
- Total joints
- Orthopedic procedures
- Trauma cases
- Robotic surgery
