Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Job Description
$26.75-$37.00 per hour, based on experience. Part-time evenings/overnights at Wittenberg Village, an assisted living community in Crown Point, caring for residents who've called this place home for years, not a rotating caseload.
You'll administer medications, check vitals, and work alongside a team that knows every resident's routine and history.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments, and keep accurate documentation
- Check and record vital signs, weight, and other resident measures
- Support residents with daily living needs alongside the care team
- Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and vendors on resident care
- Help build and update care plans, and follow up on resident needs
- Watch for changes in resident condition and respond quickly
- Keep the care environment safe, clean, and organized
What You'll Need
Required:
- Current Indiana LPN license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of experience in senior living, assisted living, or another healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic health records
- Customer service background

Schedule
