Electrical Wiring Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift

Locations: Plano, Garland & McKinney

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | $19/hr
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $20/hr

We're hiring experienced Electrical Wiring Technicians to assemble and wire electrical control equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience reading electrical schematics, wiring control panels, and assembling electrical components.

Responsibilities:

• Wire control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
• Wire Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other electronic components
• Assemble electrical switchboard equipment
• Follow written instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing drawings
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate material shortages or production issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team and assist with overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous electrical wiring or wiring assembly experience required
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Experience with control panels, switchgear, switchboards, or PLC wiring preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and manufacturing instructions
• Good written and verbal communication skills
