Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Pflugerville, Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and North Austin
Schedule: Part-Time to Full-time opportunities
Pay: $28-$45 per hour

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who’s passionate about helping kids grow stronger, move with confidence, and reach their fullest potential — all within a flexible, team-oriented, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Help children build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun, play-based therapy sessions
- Design individualized treatment plans that align with physician guidance and family goals
- Use creative, functional activities to promote mobility and independence
- Partner with families to teach home exercise routines and adaptive strategies that keep progress going
- Work hand-in-hand with our incredible team of OTs, SLPs, and PTAs to provide comprehensive, child-centered care
- Keep documentation clear and up to date in our simple, user-friendly EMR system
What You’ll Need:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Texas PTA license or eligibility to obtain one
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Genuine passion for helping children and families through compassionate, family-focused care
