What You'll Be Working On

Our technicians service and repair a variety of commercial equipment including:

• Rooftop Package Units (RTUs)
• Split Systems
• VRF Systems
• Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
• Air-Cooled Chillers
• Boilers
• HVAC Controls and Building Automation Systems

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and system startups
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Work independently while collaborating with fellow technicians and management

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background screening

Preferred

• Experience with VRF systems, chillers, refrigeration, boilers, and controls
• Manufacturer certifications
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
