This position is located in West Philadelphia.


Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Intervention team serving children and families in West Philadelphia and surrounding communities.

ALFS provides physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental services to children and their families across home, clinic, childcare, school, and community-based settings. We specialize in Early Intervention (EI) services supporting children ages 3–5 with developmental delays and autism, while partnering closely with families to promote meaningful, long-term outcomes.


Position Summary


The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication delays within an Early Intervention framework.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children ages 3–5 enrolled in Early Intervention
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and ongoing assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with EI goals
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
  • Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $95,000–$110,000
