We pride ourselves on providing compassionate advocacy, meticulous case management, and outstanding results for our clients. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and handle cases from intake through settlement negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a docket of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase, ensuring each matter progresses efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough case investigations, including liability analysis, gathering medical records, reviewing accident reports, and interviewing witnesses.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and keep them regularly updated throughout their case.
  • Draft and send demand packages to insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
  • Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery while balancing timely resolution.
  • Manage a team of case managers to ensure accurate file documentation and compliance with firm standards.
  • Prepare cases for litigation hand-off when necessary, including drafting pleadings and initial discovery, if settlement cannot be achieved.
  • Maintain excellent client communication, empathy, and responsiveness.
  • Leverage technology to better serve our clients. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a cloud-based environment, using practice management systems, and embracing tools that make client communication and case management seamless.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
  • 1–3+ years of personal injury experience preferred (pre-litigation or litigation).
  • Strong negotiation skills with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Client-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in learning and adapting to technology.
