Carpenter

RA Holdings, through our AIM Services Inc branch, is looking for a Carpenter.

AIM Services is one out of three branches that make up the RA Holdings family. AIM Services is an environmental, abatement, remediation, HAZMAT, and demolition contractor founded in 2003. They are a SWaM-certified small business with offices located in Virginia, Maryland, District of Colombia, North Carolina, and projected growth across the East Coast. Their teams provide specialty contracting services within government, maritime/shipboard, industrial, commercial, and residential projects within a region. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform large-scale metal and wood stud framing, drywall installation, and full interior build-outs in accordance with project plans and specifications
• Install doors, frames, and hardware with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality
• Work on commercial, military, and industrial construction projects across various local job sites in the Salisbury, MD area
• Safely operate scaffolding, tools, and equipment to handle and install heavy materials while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and comply with current building codes and company procedures on every project
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete jobs efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment required for carpentry work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various local job sites as needed

Preferred Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• Meet Qualifications to get into our Company Auto Insurance.
• Must be able to pass background checks for military base access
• Must have a Real ID.
• Ability to navigate to assigned job site around the local Salisbury area

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location:

• Salisbury, MD

Pay:

• $25-$28hr+ depending on level of experience plus OT at 1.5x.
