Location: Flemington, NJ

2nd Shift - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm – Must train in 1st Shift.

Monday through Friday

Pay Rate $19

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Operate and monitor recycling grinder machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load recyclable materials into the grinder according to production requirements.
• Inspect materials for contaminants and remove non-processable items.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality standards.
• Assist with material handling, sorting, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
