This role is responsible for identifying new clients, building relationships, and providing legal consultations while promoting the firm's legal services. The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective family-law clients.

• Assess legal needs, explain available options without guaranteeing outcomes, and present the firm's services and fees.

• Build trust through empathetic, confident, and ethical communication.

• Maintain complete lead notes, follow-up tasks, and outcomes in the CRM.

• Partner with intake, sales, and legal leadership to improve conversion and client handoff.

• Meet consultation, conversion, revenue, and response-time goals.

• Active, unrestricted membership in The Florida Bar.

• Family-law knowledge and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly.

• Demonstrated consultative-sales, business-development, or client-conversion ability.

• Strong listening, persuasion, organization, and follow-up discipline.

• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
