Job Description
Location: Opportunities available throughout San Francisco, Peninsula, East Bay, South Bay. Flexible territory assignments available, with patient visits coordinated around your preferred coverage area and proximity to home whenever possible.
Pay: $50–$60 per hour DOE

Position Summary
AlphaCare Home Health is seeking compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping patients regain mobility and independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and home programs
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
- New graduates welcome
