Roofing Service Estimator and Technician

We are seeking an experienced Roof Service Estimator & Technician to join our roofing services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems, plus a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on roofing repair and estimation experience
• Thorough knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently [self-motivated] and as a team
• Valid driver’s license (clean record); certifications (e.g., OSHA, manufacturer-specific) preferred
• Clean Record - Must pass a pre-employment background check (clean criminal history)
• Experience with CRM system(s), ideally JobNimbus

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments and estimates
• Perform repairs, replacements, and new roof installations to company standards
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet schedules and client expectations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation for each project

• Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00/5:00 pm

• Compensation Range 75,000 -100,000 annual salary
