Job Title: HVAC Installer - Experienced Pay: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on skill levelHours: 8:00am - 5:00pmSchedule: Monday through Friday, some Saturdays and overtimeWhat you will be doing:Leading an install team/crew Installing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductworkSome new construction - residential and light commercial Installations include ducted and ductless equipmentCorrectly size, install, insulate, and seal ductworkRead and follow blue prints and diagramsWhat we have to offer: In-house paid training for NATE & EPA Certifications with an in-house proctorEquipment dealer training Bonus programTool programBenefits:100% paid medical insuranceVision & dental insurance options80 hours of paid vacation100% paid long-term and short-term disability9 Paid HolidaysSimple IRA with 3% match Company uniform / phone or reimbursement / iPadBonus program Qualifications:Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record3 + years of HVAC Installation experienceLead install experience Residential new construction experience desiredEPA Universal Certification Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipmentProficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installationsSolid understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagramsKnowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codesExcellent customer relation skills and open mind to think outside the boxHave or be able to obtain and maintain NATE certification - we provide training & testingHVAC Certification from trade school desiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
