Partner - Trust and Estate

Prevail Recruiting is partnering with a well-established law firm in Philadelphia to identify an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner to join its growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, wealth preservation, business succession planning, and advising high-net-worth individuals and families. Candidates with a portable book of business are strongly encouraged to apply.

This role is a 3/2 hybrid and requires a portable book. We are also open to group hires if you have associates underneath you!

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission
• Significant experience in trusts & estates law
• Portable book of business required as this is an equity partner opportunity
• Strong client development, drafting, and relationship management skills
