SUD Counselor
Job Description
Find fulfilling work helping men recover from a lifelong addiction! Our population focuses on family reunification and providing a safe environment for clients to foster long-term sobriety.
At this time we are looking for a registered or certified counselor. Must have experience working with men in a drug and alcohol treatment setting. Candidate must be knowledgeable in Medi-Cal, ASAM's, LOC's, Intakes and Tx Plan's.
The right candidate will be skilled in facilitating education and clinical groups and be comfortable working with men who have been incarcerated. Candidate must have excellent organization skills and be able to support a 3.1 level of care provided at Tradition One. The counselor must demonstrate excellent documentation skills and be self-motivated, team player.
Hours are as follows :
Wednesday: 12:00 - 8:30 PM
Thursday: 12:00 - 8:30 PM
Friday: 12:00 - 8:30PM
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
