'14;️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
'14;️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
'14;️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
'14;️ Collaborate with SLPs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
'14;️ Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.
'05; Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
'05; Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
'05; Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
'05; Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
