Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Logistics Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced toiletry manufacturing facility. In this role, you will safely transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies throughout the warehouse and production areas while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining an organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Transport raw materials, packaging, and finished products to designated warehouse and production locations.
  • Supply production lines with materials as needed to support continuous operations.
  • Perform inventory transactions and accurately scan materials using warehouse management systems or RF scanners.
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production areas.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company safety policies.
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required.
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified).
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse logistics.
  • Experience supporting high-volume production operations.
