Get paid for the day to spend time outdoors!We like to gather for company BBQsEvery year we participate in numerous parades - you can bring your family and kids to participate with us!It's important that you have a good work/life balance, which is why we have a low on-call schedule!What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of install experienceResidential and / or light commercial retrofit experience EPA CertifiedInstall NATE certified or willing to obtain Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistanceValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCertification from trade school - Desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
