Window Repair Specialist

Express Employment Professionals are urgently seeking a highly skilled Storefront/Glass Installer & Repair Specialist.

We are looking for a problem-solver who can arrive at a damaged site, accurately assess the structural and cosmetic issues, and flawlessly reassemble and repair the storefront.

What You Will Do

• Execute hands-on repairs and reassembly of aluminum storefronts, heavy glass doors, and commercial windows.
• Respond to technical service calls, troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site.
• Tear down damaged materials and rebuild structures to their original condition (or better).
• Maintain the highest quality of technical craftsmanship to uphold our company standards.

What We Require

• Industry Experience: A strict minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the glass and storefront installation industry.
• Specialized Skillset: Proven, extensive experience with repairs and reassembly. You must know how to take things apart and put them back together.
• Verifiable Expertise: We are looking for actual technical skills, not just a resume full of claims. Be prepared to discuss your specific repair techniques and problem-solving history in detail.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic with the ability to manage high-priority, time-sensitive repair jobs independently.
