Pool Technician

We're hiring a Full-Time Pool Technician to service residential and commercial pools throughout Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler. This is a temp-to-hire, day shift position with routes available Monday through Sunday. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while performing pool maintenance, water testing, equipment inspections, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Test and balance pool water, including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness.
• Vacuum pool floors, skim surfaces, and empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Inspect pumps, filters, and motors, and backwash or clean filter media as needed.
• Communicate maintenance findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner.
• Complete assigned service routes safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a current MVR.
• Reliable truck, current proof of car insurance, and dependable transportation for daily routes.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
