Cook / Kitchen Prep

We're looking for experienced cooks with:

'05; Knife skills

'05; Meat cutting, trimming & marinating

'05; Food safety & kitchen sanitation

'05; Experience using grills, charbroilers, shawarma broilers, fryers, ovens & gas ranges

'05; Experience preparing Mediterranean, American, or Indian cuisine

Front of House / Customer Service

We're looking for team members with:

'05; Excellent customer service

'05; Cashier & Toast POS experience (preferred)

'05; Restaurant cleaning & dining room maintenance

'05; Inventory restocking

'05; Teamwork and reliability

'05; Willingness to assist with light kitchen prep during slower periods
