This role exists to own the customer experience from first contact to closed job, ensure leads are followed up and converted, and build the systems that keep clients coming back. You will sit on our leadership team and have a direct hand in shaping how we grow.

Restoration Solutions is a property restoration company serving homeowners and commercial clients through water, fire, and storm damage recovery. We manage the full job lifecycle — from emergency response through reconstruction — and work closely with insurance adjusters, contractors, and property owners to get families and businesses back to normal. We are a tight team that moves fast, takes ownership, and holds a high bar for the customer experience we deliver.

What success looks like

Twelve months in, you have built a customer care function that runs with clarity and consistency. Leads are followed up the same day. Jobs move through departments without things falling through the cracks. Customers know exactly where their project stands. Your team is performing, the AR process is executing on schedule, and conversion rates have measurably improved. You know your numbers and bring them to the leadership table.

What you will own

%CF; Job lifecycle coordination — oversee the file coordinator team to ensure every job moves cleanly through each department, with no handoff gaps and no surprises for the customer

%CF; Customer retention and satisfaction — own the customer experience from intake through close, build feedback loops, and personally resolve escalations

%CF; Lead conversion tracking — monitor inbound lead follow-up, track conversion rates, and hold the team accountable to consistent outreach and follow-through

%CF; Account management — maintain relationships with key clients, insurance contacts, and referral sources; ensure repeat and referral business is nurtured

%CF; AR process execution — oversee billing, coordinate with our AR specialist, ensure invoices go out on time and collections are followed up consistently

%CF; Team leadership — manage the customer care staff and billing function day to day; run weekly check-ins, set clear expectations, and develop your team

What we are looking for:

Required

%CF; 2+ years managing a customer service team — you have hired, coached, and held people accountable

%CF; Experience in inside sales or lead conversion — you understand the follow-up cadence that turns an inquiry into a job

%CF; Billing or AR experience — you are comfortable owning an invoicing and collections process, not just overseeing it

%CF; Strong communicator — clear in writing, direct in conversation, professional with clients and vendors

%CF; Organized and process-driven — you build checklists and workflows because you know consistency is what scales

Preferred

%CF; Experience in restoration, construction, or a field-service industry

%CF; Familiarity with job management or CRM software

%CF; Experience coordinating across multiple departments or managing cross-functional workflows

%CF; Comfortable reading and presenting basic performance metrics

Compensation

%CF; Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
