Glass Technician

Roper Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Auto Glass Technician to join a growing team!

This position involves auto glass installation and repairs while providing professional, friendly service to customers in the field. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with customers, explaining services, and representing the company in a positive manner.

Candidates must have at least two years of recent auto glass installation experience, including ADAS calibration experience. Experience working with semi-truck glass and sunroof installations is a plus, but not required.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Pay ranges from $23–$38 per hour, depending on experience.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, as this role includes operating company vehicles. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently while managing daily assignments.
