Responsibilities

• Perform stocking, packing, counting, loading, and unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Ensure consistency in the quality of your work while meeting performance metrics in assigned work areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience operating a forklift and knowledge of forklift safety precautions.
• Comfortable working and interacting in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to think critically and proactively when solving problems and to identify preventive actions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting where priorities can shift and quick response times are paramount.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Basic computer skills (for reporting and machine operation systems).
