Customer Service - Lumberyard

We are seeking a motivated person to join our Sales Counter/Inside Sales team in a retail Lumberyard! You will work on our inside sales desk assisting customers with orders and providing customer service in a retail lumberyard.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell products and services to new and existing customers
• Become familiar with building material products
• Perform special orders from local vendors
• Establish relationships with our new and existing customers
• Follow up with orders and requests from our customers

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Lumberyard experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• light computer skills
• Detail-oriented
