Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of Mystic Home & Garden. This position supports the owners by supervising employees, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and merchandised to create a warm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, assisting with inventory management, receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, creating attractive product displays, and helping execute marketing initiatives through social media and in-store promotions. The Assistant Store Manager also assists with opening and closing procedures, trains and coaches team members, and helps maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.
The ideal candidate has previous retail leadership experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example while creating an outstanding customer experience.
Schedule
- Five days per week
- Includes one weekend day
- Evenings during the summer and holiday season
