APRN/PA

Adult & Geriatric Medical practice looking for a licensed APRN or PA to see patients in different facilities including but not limited to Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities within Broward Country. Candidate will provide medical services, be able to work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other interdisciplinary teams in order to provide patients with the best care possible.
